Working with Wendy is like working with a new friend or a family member. It was fun. She had a singular focus in helping us find our home: making us happy. Wendy was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. She really cared about us, understood our needs and hard lines even giving us ideas on how to better utilize a space or remodel. There was never any pressure, just straightforward truth on how competitive an offer was or our chances of success on a given offer. When going through a home Wendy gave us space to take in the home while also pointing out key information such as possible damage or the dates on the hot water heater. Additionally, Wendy is very hard-working. Once we identified our favorite areas to live, Wendy canvassed the neighborhoods seeing who was looking to sell in the coming weeks and months ahead, giving us a chance to get in front of the very competitive home buying market. She was always available to answer our questions via email or text, even during the weekend or in the evening, and to show us homes any time that was convenient for us. Even after closing on the house, Wendy is still available to answer questions or provide recommendations. She goes above and beyond, and we love working with her. She is also an excellent resource for contractors if you want to do projects in your new home. We always ask her for recommendations and they're always wonderful. Wendy worked with us within our timeline and ultimately helped us get the mid-century modern home we purchased in November 2020 - a 6 month journey, largely due to the competitive market. We now consider Wendy a friend and are looking forward to inviting her over to our new home after we settle and the pandemic subsides.We highly recommend Wendy to find your new home or sell your current one.
